Here at Anacruses HQ, we are big fans of the standard and are happy to endorse it. As page 2 of the document says “It helps businesses and organizations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction”.

Our resident Quality expert says “ISO 9001 is often misunderstood. Over the years, Senior Managers have told me that it adds overheads to the business. This is completely untrue. ISO 9001 simply requires customer focus, management leadership, in-place processes to be applied and continuous improvement. All of these factors are generally speaking in-situ, and the standard allows the business to showcase them”.

We believe that applying the ISO 9001 standard benefits businesses in many ways. Crucially, we feel that it allows businesses to flourish and add more clients to their portfolios.
